When you witness chaos or discomfort in your life... it’s often a mirror that something in your life needs to shift.
These experiences reflect parts of your inner structure that are out of harmony and asking to be reintegrated. By recognizing them as a mix of your own and your environment, without blame, you begin to initiate the process of restoration...
You do not need to search for answers, methods and paths to 'fix' chaos, only remembering. Sitting with yourself and remembering what is it that drives you, your passions, and what you are aligned with.
You hold within your eternal library codes that awaken when each breath inhale and exhale, the unfolding lotus - the expansion and contraction of the eternal living light - not the fake construct of false light that recycles energy through and through until you are consumed.
Each and every one of your thoughts anchors you in frequency that either aligns you more fully to your organic template or moves you out of alignment. This is what our/your journey is about - understanding what is manifesting from within your inner template and making small adjustments along the way. While you continue to make frequency-adjustments, you take the necessary leaps, sometimes falls happen, and that is OK! Acceptance is powerful in such times when you are unable to give yourself love because of the 'past mistakes'.
The key is to recognize the downfalls and realign once again... and not to remain in the fallen state.
Truma is unresolved energy pattern lingering in the lower body and silently shape your reality - if you are not aware of what is driving you. It is very important to maintain balance, avoiding emotional extremes allows buried material to rise without overwhelming you.
Each challenging moment carries a message from an older part of yourself. To shift what shows up in your reality, you must acknowledge that it stems from your own template. That’s how real transformation begins not through force, but through clear observation and thoughts reassembly.
As you move into deeper alignment, the urgency to ‘do’ begins to dissolve. What once felt like a pursuit becomes a gentle return to remembrance... like a leaf, thoughtfully aimed toward the still surface of a lake, not pushed by wind, but gently guided by the power of intent. When it comes to rest on the water's surface, it knows its place and it surrenders not out of passivity, but calm intent and gentle guidance of the soul's remembrance.
It is no longer driven by lower emotional states or absence of consciousness, but by resting in the gentle power and calm guidance of REMEMBERANCE.
with love,
